Mr. Griffin joined Meany & Oliver Companies, Inc. in 2006 to provide brokerage, consulting and investment services to clients in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.  Major clients have included Alexandria City Public Schools, American Physical Therapy Association, Brookfield Properties, The JBG Companies, Forest City, Peterson Companies, Quadrangle Development, Southern Management Corporation, United Mine Workers of America, CompTIA and The Wilkes Company.

Mr. Griffin specialized in tenant and landlord representation.  Mr. Griffin marketed properties on behalf of The JBG Companies, Advance Realty Group, Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, The Peterson Companies, Foulger Pratt Companies, Quadrangle Development Corporation and Lerner Enterprises.  He has represented the interests of such tenants as represented the interests of area tenants such tenants as American Capital Strategies, Kaiser Permanente, METRiX Technologies, and TerpSys.

As a Senior Associate in the Bethesda, MD office, Mr. Griffin focused on office leasing and business development with a primary focus on landlord and tenant representation.

Mr. Griffin directed research activities for the Washington, D.C. office of LaSalle Partners.  His responsibilities included formulation of quarterly market statistics, comparative financial lease analyses and creating quarterly market overviews for the Washington, DC office market.

Mr. Griffin assisted sales and leasing agents with market, lease and investment analyses and provided market research support for leasing brokers. He maintained a database consisting of over 100 million square feet of commercial properties.  Lastly, he formulated and analyzed quarterly market statistics.  He also was responsible for the development and maintenance of a retail database that contained over 12,000 shopping centers in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
