She oversaw a team of in-house leasing professionals, as well as being the liaison with third party brokers on select properties. Responsibilities included general leasing, preparation of annual budgets for the various properties, and working closely with property management to make capital improvement decisions on the various owned properties.

As a member of Grubb & Ellis’ Circle of Excellence, Ms. Almquist was designated as one of the top 100 brokers at Grubb & Ellis.
