Meany & Oliver Companies, Inc. was founded by Philip E. Meany, Jr. and Sharon M. Oliver in 2004 to provide brokerage, consulting, investment, and marketing services to a variety of private & public sector clients, institutions and landlords in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Since its founding, two additional members have joined the Meany & Oliver. In 2006, Martin P. Griffin joined the firm, bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate transaction and research advisory experience to the Meany & Oliver team. Martha M. Almquist joined the Meany & Oliver team in 2016, adding over three decades of experience representing nonprofits, associations, technology firms, and owners throughout the Washington areas.
Over the past four decades, members of the Meany & Oliver team have been involved in practically every type of real estate transaction – including some of the Washington area’s largest and most complex real estate deals.
